Florida KidCare is the state’s children’s health insurance program for uninsured children under age 19. It includes four different parts, or programs: MediKids, Healthy Kids, Children's Medical Services and Medicaid. When you apply for the insurance, Florida KidCare will check which program your child may be eligible for based on age and family income.

CDS is a nonprofit agency that strives to offer comprehensive quality services to children, families and staff toward personal growth and self-sufficiency. Parent Training gives families the opportunity to obtain their GED or a vocational/educational certificate. Childcare for siblings while the parent/family attends school, tuition and materials for class is provided. Our local United Way agency, has given us limited funding to assist parents/families transitioning from school to work by paying for childcare for a specified time.
